General Information:
• One day tournament
• All games played at one location (Hookway fields)
• Enrollment is limited to the first 31 teams plus a consolidated team for individual players.
• Players must be an entering 3rd grade through a “rising” 8th grader.
• Games will be officiated by high school and college officials.
• One-hour Positional Clinic provided
• Each team is guaranteed three games (weather permitting)
• Unlimited team size – minimum of 20 players (we recommend a roster of 20-25.)
• Includes camp insurance, officials fees and FUN!
• Concessions sold as well as a camp store
• Each team must have a coach present at all times.
• (Extremely important) individual payment and registration must be submitted no later then 10 days before the date of the event or a $20 administration fee will be added at time of registration.
Teams will be broken into the following divisions:
Division A: 7th and 8th grade students
Division B: 5th and 6th grade students
Division C: 3rd and 4th grade students
Team Registration:
Coach must pre-register team before players may register. To register your team please call 315-443-4390. All players must register and pay as individuals (per NCAA rules). Registration is located online at www.sulacrossecamps.com

Rules and Regulations:
Any questions or disputes will be discussed only by the team coach and referees on the field. Disputes will not be heard after the game. The spirit of the game and the Participant Code of Conduct should always be on the minds of everyone. Since winning and losing does not matter in the tournament we anticipate no conflicts. The Syracuse University Men’s Lacrosse Camp Staff reserves the right to disqualify any team for infractions of the following policies:
- Use of Illegal Players:
The players listed on the roster at the time the entry form is submitted are the only players eligible to play, unless the Camp Director is notified of
changes a week before the event and the players meet the camp criteria for participation.
- False Information:
Any coaches or players who provide false information will be disqualified from the tournament with no refund.
- Participants Code of Conduct:
All participants - players, coaches, officials, family and friends in attendance must abide by the Code of Conduct. Failure to do so may result in immediate expulsion from the camp without refund.
-Weather Policy:
In the event of adverse weather or unplayable field conditions, the Camp Director reserves the right to:
Reduce game times in order to catch up with the
schedule. finish game before inclement weather arrives, or to preserve field conditions, move games to Manley Turf Complex if available and or cancel games/cancel tournament.
-Insurance and Medical Care:
All campers must complete the medical information required during registration. In addition, all campers must have their own insurance for accidental injury. Participants will be covered under a health and accident insurance policy that also provides limited coverage to all campers. Each camper is required to have their own insurance coverage. The camp will have a medical trainer on site at all times.
-Tournament Entry Fee & Refund Policy:
individual payment and registration must be submitted no later than 10 days before the date of the event. After that date, ONLY online registration will be accepted and a $20 administrative fee will be added. (This fee is so we can properly run the tournaments and provide player information to NCAA coaches). A $35 administrative fee will be retained if you cancel, regardless of the reason. After June 1, 2009 refunds (less the administrative fee) will be made for medical reasons only when accompanied by a letter from a physician. There will be no refunds for injuries that occur during camp. If a camper is dismissed or voluntarily withdraws from camp, there will be no refund.
