Syracuse University’s Run & Gun101 is both a team camp and individual lacrosse camp for players of all skill levels.  Located at Berry College in Rome, GA., our mission statement and philosophy at SU is to help young players (ages 12-18) develop the skills necessary to be successful in the sport of lacrosse, while also helping them to learn the FUN-damentals of championship lacrosse!  R&G 101 is instructed with only the finest SU coaches and players the sport has ever seen!

Run & Gun 101 is designed to facilitate and enhance your team and individual needs. With four different levels U13, U15, U17 and U19 we keep your team together and utilize the system you run or would like to implement and put that into motion with our innovative teaching methods and experience.  Individuals are put on skill/age appropriate teams and coached to compete with a heavy focus on fundamentals and enhancing individual skills!

*SHOOTERS AND GOALIE TRAINING* GET THE EDGE with our individual shooting and goalie training double session on June 5th! To maximize your exposure and individual needs, the “Edge” clinic is specifically designed to improve your game with skills, drills, demonstrations taught by the SU staff and the athletes that use these methods to make them the best in the game and pass years of experience to you INDIVIDUALLY!
